Tide Purclean Partnership

Bryce has joined with another sponsorship. This time with Tide to promote their new Tide Purclean product. (Her last one was for Target’s back-to-school season). However, with this partnership, came a new photoshoot, interviews, and a video!

Bryce’s statement:

Tickled green to celebrate #EarthMonth with Tide’s new plant based, sustainably sourced detergent🌱🌱

It’s so important for me to know and trust what I bring into my home.

Why? Because using products that are effective and sustainable will make a HUGE impact on the future of this planet.

So I’m very excited to share this one with you:

Tide has created a revolutionary detergent that’s not only plant-based but effectively cleans clothes in COLD water. This is a big deal, because 80% of a washer’s energy usage comes from heating water! Plus, washing in cold helps protect our clothes (textiles are one of the biggest contributors to landfills).

Using Tide purclean in cold water over the course of a year, a person could save enough energy to charge their smartphone for the Rest.Of.Their.Life! Wowzer!

Our beautiful online family is so important to me, it’s a privilege I will never take for granted. For that reason, I am incredibly selective with my partnerships and only back products, companies, and initiatives I truly believe in.

“There were a lot of work sessions between myself, Taron and Dexter, where we really worked out who Elton’s mother was and who his mother was, more importantly, to him, and that was really our way into it.” Bryce revealed that while she did not have any one-on-one conversations with Elton about his mother, Taron and he had in-depth talks about his life. “Elton was writing his autobiography at the time, while we were shooting, and he shared a lot, a lot, a lot with Taron,” she said. The mother of two continued to praise Taron for his portrayal of Elton, calling him “extraordinary.”

April 10, 2019Bryce Dallas Howard on How #MeToo Era ‘Influenced Absolutely Everything,’ Becoming an Activist

Howard explained that Colin Trevorrow, the man behind the Jurassic World films, is the person who encouraged her to pursue more directorial projects.

“We were shooting Jurassic and this was right before that movement [began], but we could all feel it, obviously. It was overdue,” she said. “He said to me, ‘Bryce, there are a lot of actresses. There are not a lot of directors and certainly not a lot of female directors.’ He was like, ‘You have a responsibility,’ basically. I was like, ‘Oh, that’s a nice way to think about that.’ Since the last year or so, I’ve been directing full time and it’s been extraordinary.”

April 4, 2019Bryce Dallas Howard Tells Us the Crazy Story of How She Found Her Upstate New York Home

“When I had my kids, they had super-sensitive skin and would get rashes. I did the elimination diet to find triggers, and from that point forward I committed to using plant-based products. And when I used to live in Santa Monica, we had a terrible drought and a water quota on every household. I thought I would be way under because we were conscientious about things like that. But when I actually started looking at the numbers and how many gallons of water we used, it was above the quota. I knew I needed to make another change. I always want to do what’s best for my family and the planet.”
